Thanks, Nick, the word “ inferior” is super negative. Not trying to troll but find contrast. I’m not talking about judging other people either, instead of looking at how we think about ourselves.

Still, I do see what you mean, there is value in finding fulfillment in merely working, whatever the job may be, and I do find that in my own work at times.

Here I’m looking into my own work, the most enjoyable bits and was exploring the difference in how I see myself when I work with others. (or attempting)

Often I want to shy away from leadership and only get my marching orders; this sometimes happens because I don’t think I’m good enough (or on other peoples level) and sometimes just because I feel like taking it easy.

In these times I have to remind myself that “I’m not inferiors” and I should act as with a collaborator mindset to see myself as valuable and to contribute my best ideas, work, relationship, etc.

I think with such a strong statement, I’ll have to refine how I wrote this (which I have the freedom to do!) so it’s not so much “pointing the figure out” and instead reflecting on one’s self, more introspective.

Thanks for sharing, helps sharper ideas!
